At Needle, we want you to love every piece you receive. While we take every measure to ensure quality and satisfaction, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a simple and fair return and exchange process.

If you received the wrong size, style, or simply want to swap your item, we offer easy exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • You must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 3 working days.

Note: The return shipping cost for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a fault on our end.

Return Policy

Eligible Only for Damaged or Incorrect Items

We do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues. Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered.

To qualify for a return:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • Provide images showing the defect or incorrect item.
  • Ensure the item is unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll confirm whether a return or refund can be processed. If approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Sale or promotional items (final sale)
  • Used or worn jewelry
