While we typically do not offer refunds, we always stand by the quality of our jewelry. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will take full responsibility and resolve the issue promptly.
To qualify for a refund:
- Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Unfortunately, claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.

- You must contact us before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
